We are back from our trip to visit our grandma and grandpa. We had a good time there. We took our first birthday portraits, partook in the 5th annual Eilers' Fish Fry, attended our first baseball game on Father's Day (might be a new tradition with our dad and grandpa) and shopped with our mom and grandma at the Lake.
We did fairly well (much better than our last trip!). We had fun playing with grandma and grandpa.
It's been hot at home. We are trying to stay cool by going in our baby pool. Seems to help a bit.
C - I have been taking more steps. I now shuffle sideways. I'm hoping that the whole walking thing will develop over the next week or so.
T - I'm enjoying standing. I am thinking about walking but I'm being more cautious. Cayden just throws himself out there, but I think I'll take it all in and one day just go, go, go. For now, I'm happy being where I am!

Grandpa sure enjoyed you guys coming to Missouri and spending time with Grandma,me and Uncle Derek! Sure sounds like a tradition in the works. Glad to see you are staying cool these hot days.
